This is so true... i could imagine a house without a heating system, but i could never imagine a house with no electricity. I would day without my computer, my fridge... without light etc. My old washing machine needs repair... and it will last a while for me to get the right appliance parts that need to be replaced. It's all a nightmare!

I was just catching up on my RSS feeds and read your NYSERDA audit. My building had one a while ago and we were approved for and are awaiting the loan.
