It's one of those things that would be a great idea in some situations and wouldn't work at all in others.</p> <p>At the request of a colleague, I contacted a local plumber who did a great job on our radiant floors to see if they had done any of these tankless hot water heater installations. He said that they did but that they were so backed up with oil to gas conversions that they wouldn't be available to even start work for 2-3 months!</p> <p>You heard it here first!
